Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, or you have simply changed your mind, please return your unused, unopened item to us within 7 days from dispatch for a refund. Please email us to let us know to expect your package. Your refund will be processed upon receipt. Please ensure your dispatch note is enclosed.

Please return your item by a tracked service for your peace of mind, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.

Conditions of return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before we have shipped it, please urgently email our shop. You can cancel items as long as we haven't started the shipping process. This is usually within 24 hours of placing your order.

Exchange

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase

Exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us (info@celebrationsbycris.com) with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item.

Customers may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item at the discretion of the seller. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.

The product should be unused and in their original condition. Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange only. Original packaging must accompany returns. Receipt required for returns. Sale items are final sale.
