Shipping

All items usually ship within 3-5 business days once order is placed & payment is received unless another date scheduled before you make your purchase. We try our hardest to ship orders much sooner. Canada Weekends & Holidays not included. If you need an item sooner please contact (info@celebrationsbycris.com) me before you purchase your item.

We are not responsible for delays with the postal service. Once a package has left myhands and is in the hands of the postal service, it is out of our control how long it can take to ship. We can only give estimates based off the average shipping time frame from past experiences.


NOTE: I am not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS or Canada Post, therefore insurance is recommended for your protection.

International Orders

Turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days prior to shipping. Shipping time is anywhere between 3-6 weeks, depending on your destination. Orders are shipped Canada Post Regular Parcel International Mail. International order doesn’t have tracking information available once your order leaves Canada. I am not responsible for your order once it's ship.
We have no way of knowing how long it will take your items to be delivered. Shipping times vary, once the order has shipped it may arrive within 3 -6 weeks depending on customs or destination.
I am not responsible for lost. late, or missing orders unless you requested to ensure your order.

I am not responsible for any custom fees or taxes.

Listings

Please always read the listing descriptions. The descriptions will always say what is included for that listing. If a photo includes several different items we will show photos of the other items so you can see what they look like as a "set".

Shop Hours

Our shop hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am- 6:00pm. We are closed on Canada Holidays & Weekends. Please allow 1-5 business days for me to respond to emails. I usually answer emails within 1-2 business days but please always allow up to 5 business days.

Exchanges/Refunds

Your positive feedbacks are very important and greatly appreciated! Your purchase will always be sent out in perfect condition and packaged with care.

Please note that is the buyers responsibility to pay for the returning shipping.

If you are not completely satisfied please contact me before leaving feedback. We are happy to work with you to figure out a solution if there is a problem.

Once you received your order, please let me know if everything is good. If there is any issues/ problems with you order, YOU MUST contact me within 48 hrs of receiving your order, so that we can resolve any issues.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your Etsy account is set up with the CORRECT ADDRESS as this is where your shipment will be mailed to. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that are lost due to INCORRECT addresses.

Please do not leave messages with addresses, in some cases these messages are read after the package has been shipped.

If for any reason your package is returned to our warehouse for insufficient address or wrong address. To ship it to your updated address, it will take approx. 7 business days and an added cost of $20 (this cost includes new shipping label, warehouse fee, and administrative fee).

In according to this policy, there is NOT REFUND due to an amended shipping address.

USA CUSTOMER ~ IMPORTANT

Please allow us at least 3 business days from the moment you receive by email that your order was shipped out. We send all package to the US Border (Sweet Grass, Montana). When it reaches there, USPS will scan your package and the tracking number will be updated.
